ESSB takes complete ownership of football at your school. Coaches, curriculum, equipment, match calendar and student reporting are all handled by us, so your PE department gets a professionally run programme without any extra workload.

What We Handle For Your School
Everything from the first session plan to the end of season report is managed by ESSB. You provide the ground and the timetable, we bring the programme.
Age Wise Curriculum
Separate session plans for U5, U9 and U13/16 groups covering technique, fitness, coordination and game sense, progressing term by term.
Equipment & Ground Setup
Balls, bibs, cones, goals and safety equipment are brought and set up by our team before every session, and packed away after.
Matches & Tournaments
A proper match calendar, inter house fixtures and inter school tournaments against other ESSB partner schools, so students actually compete.
Assessment & Reports
Term wise progress tracking on skill, fitness and attitude, shared with the school and with parents in a simple, readable format.

Summer Football Camps
Alongside the regular school programme, we run structured summer camps during vacations to keep students active, engaged and learning through sport. Each camp combines technical training, fitness and game based coaching in a safe, positive environment.

Train, Play And Tour In London
ESSB has partnered with an elite London football programme to run coaching camps for our school players in one of the world’s great footballing cities. Students train, play competitive matches against local London clubs, and tour the stadiums and sights that make the city famous.
All sessions are led by UEFA qualified Head Coach Darren Wiltshire, who has coached at top clubs in London, with English UEFA and FA qualified coaches supporting throughout.
UEFA Qualified Coaches
Every session is delivered by English UEFA and FA qualified coaches on high quality 3G and grass pitches.
Two Sessions A Day
Two high quality training sessions daily, so players get real volume of contact time across the tour.
Matches Against London Clubs
Friendly fixtures arranged against local London clubs, giving players genuine match experience in a new environment.
Pro Team Visits
Visits to watch professional teams train and play, including match tickets, plus a guided tour of Wembley Stadium.
Performance Analysis
Matches are recorded and reviewed in analysis workshops built on the English FA four corner model: physical, technical and tactical, social and psychological.
Cultural Tours Of London
Big Ben, the Natural History Museum, the Science Museum and the London Eye, with parents free to pick preferred attractions from a curated list.
Morning
Session one on 3G or grass, technique and possession work with the UEFA qualified coaches.
Afternoon
Session two or a fixture against a local London club, recorded for the evening review.
Evening
Performance analysis workshop, then a stadium tour, a pro match or a London sight.
